The Swiss Wall Tech system was invented in 2015 by Swiss engineers and architects at the ETH Zurich
and has since delivered hundreds of houses. Our construction technology combines advanced materials and processes to pave the way for faster and cheaper real estate construction with a better environmental footprint, improved static properties and strong thermal isolation (hot and cold).
Based on EPS sheets, magnesium oxide rips and proprietary plaster, our solution is highly customizable for functional and aesthetic requirements. Its modular nature provides scalability for a wide range of large real estate projects, from affordable single-family housing projects to multi-story luxury hotels.
